       2012年6月，国家发展改革委批准尚义县察哈尔风电有限公司的河北尚义朝力盖风电场49.5MW工程作为清洁发展机制项目。该项目的国外合作方为德意志银行伦敦分行，预计年减排量为104,836吨二氧化碳当量。
